Timothy Henderson is the founder of Three Corners Employment Services, which he launched in October 2017 with a vision to help individuals overcome obstacles, break through barriers, and rise above past mistakes to pursue a brighter future. With a deep commitment to empowering others, Timothy is passionate about helping people unlock their full potential and make positive, life-changing decisions. His mission is personal—he is living proof that transformation is possible through God’s love, inner strength, and self-determination. As both a leader and a mentor, Timothy continues to inspire hope and drive meaningful change in the lives of those he serves.

DIRECTOR

Serving as Director across all counties for Three Corners Employment Services is a true honor for Cindi Whittinghill. Since joining the organization in 2017, she has remained committed to supporting students and schools across the region. Cindi began her career as a teacher with the Edmonson County Board of Education and, after retiring, worked on a transformative grant project at GRREC that reshaped her understanding of student needs and lives. With degrees, specialist areas, and certifications, Cindi believes that relationship-building is the foundation of all educational success.

REGIONAL DIRECTOR IN WESTERN KY

Stephen Flatt dedicated 27 years to advocating for and supporting students with disabilities in Marshall County, Kentucky. As the former Special Education Director for Marshall County Schools, he was instrumental in ensuring students received the resources and opportunities needed to thrive. Known for his commitment to inclusivity and empowerment, Stephen now continues his work in education as part of the team at Three Corners. He is married to Leslie Flatt, a teacher consultant for Marshall County Schools, and together they have two sons, Bryce and Cade.
