Amanda has been a dedicated member of the Three Corners Employment team for nearly seven years. As a proud parent of three, with one currently attending South Warren High School, Amanda brings both professional experience and a personal connection to her work. She has loved supporting the students at South Warren and looks forward to continuing to serve the community in the years ahead.

Kim Wood
SUPERVISOR
Kim Wood is a retired school secretary who began her career at Warren Central High School before moving to Edmonson County Middle School. Now a supervisor at Warren Central with Three Corners, Kim continues to support students and staff with care and dedication. She’s a proud mom of two and Gigi to three grandchildren, and she enjoys spending her free time with family and outdoors.

Ashley Wilson
SUPERVISOR
Ashley Wilson lives in Edmonson County with her husband, Dusty, and their two children. She currently works at Warren East and has truly enjoyed getting to know the students there. Ashley is passionate about building strong connections and looks forward to continuing to support the Warren East community.

Tracy Downing
SUPERVISOR
Tracy Downing holds a bachelor’s degree from Lindsey Wilson College and both a master’s and Rank I in Counseling from Western Kentucky University. She dedicated her entire career to education before retiring from Warren County Public Schools in 2021, having taught at the elementary and middle school levels and serving as a school counselor at Drakes Creek Middle School for 20 years. Since retiring, she has supervised student teachers at WKU and taught reading intervention at Simpson Elementary. Tracy enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and is excited to support students in their future goals through her work with Three Corners Employment Services.

EMPLOYMENT SPECIALIST
A retired ESL and English teacher with 25 years of experience, Amy Pope has always been passionate about helping students reach their full potential. In her new role as an Employment Specialist, she’s excited to continue that mission—supporting students as they build job skills and explore meaningful employment opportunities.

EMPLOYMENT SPECIALIST
Betsy Johnson is a retired K–12 ESL teacher with a passion for education and student success. She holds both a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in Exceptional Education from Western Kentucky University. As an Employment Specialist with Three Corners, Betsy is excited to help students build job skills and find meaningful employment opportunities.

Joe Hood
EMPLOYMENT SPECIALIST
Joe Hood spent 27 years teaching and coaching high school football in Cumberland County, Louisville Butler, and Warren Central. After retiring from education in 1999, he managed Dukes Sporting Goods for over 20 years. Now an Employment Specialist with Three Corners, Joe enjoys helping students build job skills and prepare for the workforce. He and his wife, Lisa, have two sons and a growing group of beloved grandchildren.

Kristin Grey
EMPLOYMENT SPECIALIST
Kristin Grey is an Employment Specialist at Three Corners with a passion for supporting students and contributing to a positive team environment. Coming from a family of educators—including her husband, the principal of Edmonson County Middle School—Kristin is proud to carry on the tradition of making a difference in students' lives. With a background in the medical field and several years as a stay-at-home mom, she brings compassion, dedication, and real-world experience to her role. Outside of work, Kristin enjoys reading, hiking, and golfing with her husband and their three children.

Lisa Hood
EMPLOYMENT SPECIALIST
Lisa Hood is a retired educator with 29 years of experience as a teacher, coach, and administrator. She began her career at Berea Community and spent the majority of her time at Warren Central High School and Moss Middle School—teaching for 18 years, serving as Assistant Principal at Moss, and finishing her career as Principal at Warren Central. Lisa is married to Joe, and together they have two sons and a growing family of beloved granddaughters.

Mark Nelson
EMPLOYMENT SPECIALIST
Originally from Mercer, Pennsylvania, Mark Nelson came to WKU to play football and earned a degree in secondary education. He went on to teach for 37 years and coach football for 39 years before retiring from education. Now an Employment Specialist with Three Corners, Mark continues his commitment to mentoring and supporting students as they prepare for the workforce.

Melissa Nelson
EMPLOYMENT SPECIALIST
Melissa Nelson is a retired middle school language arts teacher who spent 28 and a half years in the Warren County public school system. Following her retirement from public education, she served as a librarian at Holy Trinity Lutheran School for nine years. Now an Employment Specialist with Three Corners, Melissa is excited to continue making a difference in the lives of students.

Will McCoy is a teacher and basketball coach at Greenwood High School with a passion for building meaningful relationships and making a positive impact on his students and players. He is married to his wife, Brittanie, and together they have two daughters who keep life fun and busy. Outside of work, Will enjoys spending time with his family, serving at his church, hitting the golf course, and attending concerts and live sporting events.
