we are
Three Corners Employment Services is a community-focused organization dedicated to empowering high school students and young adults across rural Kentucky with the skills, support, and confidence they need to succeed in the workforce. Founded in 2017, Three Corners partners directly with schools, educators, and families to provide hands-on employment services, job readiness training, career mentoring, and life skills development.
With a team of experienced education professionals, retired teachers, and employment specialists, we help students navigate their first jobs, build resumes, gain interview experience, and prepare for long-term success. Our mission is to break down barriers, offer second chances, and equip each student with tools to reach their full potential—no matter their background.
Serving counties across South Central Kentucky, Three Corners Employment Services continues to make a lasting impact by bridging the gap between education and employment.
